• Content you submit — URLs, keywords, and text entered when using our SEO tools. This is used solely to deliver the service.

• To provide, operate, and improve the SurgeOrb platform.
• To authenticate your account and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (account notices, billing receipts).
• To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve product features.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use the following sub-processors:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Analytics — anonymous website analytics.
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI inference for content generation features. Submitted content may be processed by these providers according to their own data policies.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Subject to applicable law (including the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
