End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and timely payment of applicable fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription period.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign the Service to any third party without prior written consent.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means beyond normal API usage.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@flowtura.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant the Company a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the Service.

Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. Fees are charged on a credit-based or recurring basis as described on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of this Agreement, non-payment, or conduct that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
